Why Novalja matters
Zrće is the nightlife destination; Novalja is the town that makes the rest of the trip work. This is where many visitors sleep, eat, shop, meet, board boats and organise transfers.
Daily rhythm
Use Novalja for late breakfast, groceries, harbour departures and slower evenings when you are not going straight to the beach clubs. That rhythm makes a long festival week more sustainable.
Food and reservations
For larger groups, reserve one proper dinner away from the club complex. It creates a fixed meeting point and prevents every evening becoming a rushed pre-drink.
Beach time
Zrće is not the only water option. A quieter daytime beach can be a better choice before a late event, especially after consecutive nights out.
